Wetsuit Repairs

We do not do repairs here at Long Reef Surf, but if you are needing a repair done on a wetsuit that is from a brand that we carry, you can drop it into us and we can organise to have it repaired by the brand. See below:

1 Year Warranty 

Most wetsuits come with a 1 year warranty from the brand, and you just need to supply a proof of purchase receipt or bank/credit card statement when bringing it into us.

The suit will then be sent off to that brand, repaired and sent back to us. You then come & pick it up from us at the shop, where you left it.

Repair times vary between company, and all effort is taken to have you back in the water at the earliest possible time.

Loan Suits are sometimes available for the time your suit is in repair only. Loan Suits are subject to availability.

Out of Warranty

After the suit is out of warranty, repair can still be done by the supplier at your cost. Bring it into our store and we will organise to have the suit repaired by them. We can send it off to them and have a quote done on the repair. you can then make your decision to go ahead with the repair or have it sent back to us. you can then pick it up from our store.
